Tour of the Mine and Relaxation Time

  • Guided tour lasts about 3 hours and covers the most beautiful sections of the tourist route. The guide will share stories about ancient salt mining techniques, the lives of miners, and incredible historical facts. You'll discover how underground chapels were created and what makes Wieliczka so unique.
  • After the tour, we invite you to relax in the brine graduation towers area, where you’ll have an hour of free time. A walk among salt-infused air has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system and well-being. It's the perfect chance to rest in peaceful surroundings.
  • A trip to Wieliczka is a blend of education, history, health, and tourism. It’s a must-see for anyone who wants to experience Polish heritage and the magic of an underground salt world.
  • Note: The tourist route is not physically demanding, but comfortable shoes are recommended. Underground temperature stays around 17–18°C year-round – bring a light jacket or sweater.
